Terms and Conditions of Sale

This Website may be used subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using this Website in any way, you agree to accept all the Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure you have read and understood the following terms and conditions before using our website. Please contact us with any questions you may have about them or anything else on this website.

Orders

Orders are valid for 24 hours or until stock lasts. Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment for any order must be made upfront, and must be reflected in our account before the order can be processed. Orders placed after 14:00 (*Business Hours only) will only be processed the following business day.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice as and when necessary, and are linked to changes in the Rand Dollar exchange rate.

Warranties

All products sold on our website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer, exactly as they would if the item was bought at an authorized retailer. It is not warranted that the product will be damaged by natural disasters or for damage caused by tampering with the serial number label. Manufacturers must be contacted directly for warranty queries after 7 days of acceptance of goods. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty procedures.

In order to assess and inspect warranty claims, goods must be returned with proof of purchase. Items covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced. Shipping and labour costs are not covered under any warranty. You must report any damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving them, citing the invoice number and tracking number. If damage is evident, please send a digital image of the damage (link to contact page) to us. All disputes will be resolved within 14 days after notification. We will cover the costs of postage on damaged goods found during delivery.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a saleable condition with all of the original packaging. However, freight costs will not be refunded.

If you need to return your equipment, we will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling, provided you meet the minimum requirements. The buyer is responsible for return insured freight. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as payment was received (i.e. credit or debit card, or company check for all other payment methods). When we receives your equipment return, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for a refund.

 

Limitation of liability

WeDoSecurity will not be held accountable for consequential or inconsequential damages resulting from the installation or operation of equipment.

Specials, Pictures, Description

All specials and orders are subject to cancellation without notice. There may be differences between images and actual products. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Advertising information, pictures, and specifications are obtained from the manufacturers and/or distributors of the respective brands and may not match the actual product. We are therefore not liable for any damage or loss caused by incorrect product information. Images used to illustrate various products give a visual representation of the actual product.

The pictures are for illustration purposes only; they do not represent the exact item, feature, size, color, or any other specification. Specifications may change without notice. Any information or images are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Specials do not qualify for coupon discounts.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
